Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth across South India. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing key customer relationships, identifying market opportunities, and achieving sales targets for Screw Pumps, High-Pressure Triplex Plunger Pumps, and Descaler Systems.

The role requires close collaboration with engineering, service, and application teams to deliver customized solutions to industrial customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute regional sales strategies.
- Drive sales growth across Oil & Gas, Steel, Cement, Power, Chemical, and Marine sectors.
- Manage relationships with EPCs, OEMs, Consultants, Distributors, and End Users.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence.
- Provide technical and commercial support to customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Mechanical Engineering graduate.




- 10+ years of experience in industrial equipment sales.
- Proven experience in selling Pumps, Fluid Handling Equipment, Process Equipment, or Capital Equipment.
- Strong network in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Steel, Cement, Power, Chemical, or Marine industries.
- Experience working with EPC contractors, OEMs, and channel partners.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- SAP knowledge preferred.
