Role & responsibilities

- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Inspect machinery, equipment, and utility systems to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Ensure maximum equipment availability and minimize production downtime.
- Execute maintenance schedules and complete work orders within specified timelines.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, checklists, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental regulations, and company standards.
- Coordinate with Production and Operations teams for effective maintenance planning and execution.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and initiate material requisitions as required.
- Obtain spare parts quotations, evaluate vendor proposals, and negotiate pricing,



delivery schedules, and commercial terms.
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions for equipment failures.
- Support installation, commissioning, validation, and testing of current equipment and utilities.
- Maintain and support the operation of truck loading conveyor systems to ensure uninterrupted material movement.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and ensure proper maintenance of work areas.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and company policies.

Preferred candidate profile

Communication skills, SAP Knowledge, MS Office, Observational Skills

Experience in Cement or construction-based industries.
