Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP QM Consultant with solid expertise in SAP Quality Management processes and integration with other SAP modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of SAP QM solutions across manufacturing and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and implement SAP QM solutions to support business quality processes.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP QM functional specifications.
- Design and configure:
- Inspection Planning
- Inspection Lot Processing
- Quality Notifications
- Usage Decisions
- Sampling Procedures
- Master Inspection Characteristics (MIC)
- Quality Certificates

- Integrate SAP QM with MM, PP, PM, SD, EWM,



and Warehouse processes.
- Support incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections.
- Configure defect recording, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Conduct system testing, UAT support, and end-user training.
- Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, migration, and enhancement projects.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize existing QM processes.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments and enhancements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve quality assurance and compliance processes.
