Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct field collections through visits to customers' premises to collect payments or negotiate settlements.

- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them during collections processes.

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers, including phone calls, emails, and physical meetings.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues related to loan disbursements.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-5 years of experience in collections, recovery, or a similar role in the NBFC industry.

- Robust understanding of bucket management principles for effective portfolio allocation.

- Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation with customers over phone calls or face-to-face interactions.
