POSITION: Sr. Advisor US Customer Support ( Voice Process)
LOCATION:Gurgaon
SALARY upto 36k CTC + Incentives + Additional Benefits

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle inbound customer calls from US customers
- Assist customers with their queries
- Resolve customer concerns in effecient and effective manner.
- Provide accurate information and ensure a high-quality customer experience
- Maintain professional communication while handling customer interactions

WHO CAN APPLY?

- Graduates Freshers can apply
- Undergraduates with minimum 6 months of experience
- Excellent English communication skills




- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a US customer support process
- Candidates with international BPO/customer service experience will be preferred
