Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage counter sales activities to achieve targets and provide excellent customer service.

- Handle customer queries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive shopping setting.

- Execute sales promotions, execute KPIs, and ensure effective inventory management.

- Provide sales consulting services to customers on clothing, apparel, footwear, fashion, garments, lifestyle products.

- Maintain showroom sales performance by meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Strong understanding of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for measuring success.

- 1-5 years of experience in retail sales with expertise in counter sales.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving targets.

- Excellent communication skills for handling customer interactions effectively.

- MAX AGE -30 /
- HSC + minimum 4 years of retail experience
- Graduate + minimum 1 year of retail experience
