Urgent Opening Executive PPC (Production Planning & Control)

Location : Kolhapur
Qualification : Diploma / Graduate in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical)
Experience : Minimum 4 years in Production Planning & Control (PPC)
Salary : 5 lpa

Role

- Plan raw material requirements as per production schedules and customer demand.
- Generate and analyze MRP data through ERP systems.
- Evaluate production capacity and optimize resource utilization.
- Monitor raw material inventory and coordinate with stores and purchase departments.
- Track daily planned vs. actual production and take corrective actions.
- Reschedule production based on raw material availability.
- Prepare production reports using MS Excel and PowerPoint.

- Production Planning & Control (PPC)
- ERP / MRP Knowledge
- MS Excel & PowerPoint
- Inventory Management & Capacity Planning
- Solid Coordination & Problem-Solving Skills

Preferred Industry : Industrial Electronics, Switchgear, Electrical Panel Accessories, Electromechanical Products, Automobile, Consumer Durables or Wire Harness Manufacturing.
