Department: Sales & Marketing

Location: Chennai

Job Summary:

To provide sales support by coordinating customer enquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and ensuring timely communication between customers and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer enquiries and prepare quotations.

Process sales orders and coordinate with customers regarding order status.

Coordinate with production, planning, stores, and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery.

Follow up on pending quotations, purchase orders, and customer requirements.

Maintain customer records, sales reports, and order trackers in ERP/CRM.

Coordinate with the accounts team for payment follow-ups.

Support the sales team in documentation, tender submissions, and customer correspondence.





Ensure customer satisfaction through timely responses and effective coordination.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate in any discipline; a technical qualification is an added advantage.

2 to 3 years of experience in back-end sales or sales coordination, preferably in manufacturing.

Valuable communication, coordination, and organisational skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and ERP/CRM systems.

Experience in industrial products, gaskets, or the oil and gas industry is preferred.
