Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential clients across corporate travel, tourism, hospitality, hotels, destinations, airlines, event management and MICE sectors.
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, online research, references and industry databases.
- Contact decision-makers, including marketing heads, sales leaders, corporate travel managers, procurement teams, hotel representatives and tourism professionals.
- Introduce the company's media, events, advertising, and business networking solutions to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable advertising, promotional, event partnership or business development opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective clients and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Maintain qualified relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat business, renewals and upselling.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, proposals, follow-ups and conversions.




- Required Skills

- Strong spoken and written English.
- Excellent cold-calling and business communication skills.
- Confidence in approaching senior professionals and decision-makers.
- Good email writing and professional correspondence skills.
- Experience in lead generation, sales operations and business development.
- Ability to conduct effective LinkedIn outreach and online prospect research.
- Strong negotiation, presentation and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to prepare proposals and clearly communicate commercial offers.
- Good follow-up, organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple prospects and assignments simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and performance deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets and presentation tools.
