Hiring for MIS Executive

Location-Sector 18, Gurgaon (Haryana)
Role Overview :

We are hiring a Executive MIS to manage end-to-end reporting for our BPO processes, create dashboards, and provide data-driven insights to support operations and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports for operations and clients.
- Develop dashboards, trend analysis, and variance reports for performance tracking.
- Ensure data accuracy, standardization, and timely delivery of reports.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Client teams to gather and analyze reporting requirements.
- Handle ad-hoc analysis and provide actionable insights to management.

Key Skills:

- Advanced Excel
- Experience with Tableau for dashboard creation
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Qualifications:





- Graduate in any discipline (preferably in IT/Statistics/Analytics).
- 1-7 years of BPO MIS Reporting experience with dashboard creation.

Location- Sector 18, Udyog Vihar Phase 4, Gurgaon (Haryana)

Requirement-1) Minimum 1 year experience in MIS profile.

2) Dialer experience would be preferred.

3) Must have experience in Advanced excel

4) Must have knowledge about APR reports.

Salary 25KCTC To 32KCTC
