About the Role

As a Travel Sales Consultant at Pickyourtrail, you will help customers turn their travel dreams into reality. You will connect with prospective travellers, understand their requirements, recommend personalised holiday experiences, and convert qualified travel inquiries into successful bookings.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, building relationships, solving customer needs, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective travellers to understand their holiday requirements, preferences, expectations, and budgets.
- Build strong customer relationships through meaningful and consultative conversations.
- Recommend customised travel experiences based on individual customer needs.
- Convert qualified leads and travel inquiries into successful bookings.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns effectively throughout the sales process.
- Deliver a seamless and memorable customer experience from the initial interaction to the final booking.




- Consistently work towards individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and engage with prospective customers throughout the sales journey.
- Improve sales, communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills through continuous learning and feedback.
