Job Title: Sales Engineer/Sales Manager

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager

Field Sales to drive business development and sales growth for industrial pumps and engineering solutions. The candidate will be responsible for customer visits, lead generation, enquiry handling, technical discussions, quotation follow-up, order closure, and developing long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Drive project and product sales through new business development.
Generate and convert high-quality leads from domestic and international markets.
Identify and develop new projects, customers, industries, and market opportunities.
¢ Handle enquiries, technical discussions, quotations, negotiations, and order closure.
¢ Build strong relationships with EPCs, consultants, OEMs, industries, and key decisionmakers.
¢ Conduct domestic and international customer visits and business development activities.




¢ Achieve sales targets and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
¢ Coordinate with technical, estimation, production, and service teams for project execution.
¢ Track market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects to identify new opportunities.
¢ Coordinate with technical and production teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
¢Graduate in any Field / MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
0-10 years of B2B industrial sales experience. Robust communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel for customer visits.

Good customer relationship and team management skills.
Target-oriented with strong business development skills.
Technical product knowledge and market understanding.

Salary Range
No constraint for the right candidate. Compensation will be based on experience, skills, and performance.
