Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage store operations, including inventory management, shrinkage control, and manpower handling.

- Oversee floor management to ensure productive use of resources and minimize wastage.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Implement strategies to reduce attrition rates through effective people management practices.

- Analyze KPIs such as KRA, KPI analysis, and KPI monitoring to identify areas for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-9 years of experience in retail or FMCG industry with a focus on store operations or similar role.

- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices.

- Excellent communication skills for effective team leadership and customer interaction.

- Ability to analyze data using tools like KPI analysis software (e.g., Excel).

- Proven track record of reducing shrinkage rates through proactive measures.
