Multi Recruit is looking for a proactive and research-oriented Lead Generation Executive to identify and generate qualified leads from Startups and SMEs across various industries. The ideal candidate will leverage multiple lead generation tools and platforms to build a strong pipeline of potential clients for Recruitment, Staffing, RPO, Payroll, Compliance, and HR Services.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Identify and generate qualified leads from Startups, SMEs, and growing organizations.
- Utilize lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, RocketReach, Crunchbase, and other databases to source prospects.
- Research companies based on hiring trends, funding activities, expansion plans, and business requirements.
- Identify key decision-makers, including Founders, CEOs, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, and Business Leaders.
- Build and maintain an accurate database of prospects and contacts.
- Reach out to potential clients through emails, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other outbound channels.




- Qualify leads based on business requirements and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
- Maintain lead tracking reports and update CRM regularly.
- Work closely with the BD team to support client acquisition initiatives.

Required Skills

- Experience in B2B Lead Generation and Prospect Research.
- Hands-on experience with lead generation tools and databases.
- Strong research, data mining, and internet sourcing skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Target-driven and self-motivated approach.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in Lead Generation, Inside Sales, Business Development, or a similar role.
- Experience generating leads for Recruitment, Staffing, HR Services, SaaS, or B2B service industries will be preferred.
- Accuracy and completeness of lead database.
