Job Summary:The Operations Intern is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day hospital operations, coordinating between departments, and enhancing patient experience. The role involves managing operational processes, monitoring service quality, and supporting administrative functions to ensure efficient healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily hospital operations including OPD, IPD, diagnostics, and support services
- Coordinate with medical, nursing, and administrative teams for seamless workflow
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, NABH standards, and regulatory compliance
- Monitor patient flow, admission and discharge processes
- Handle patient queries, escalations, and ensure high patient satisfaction
- Maintain and track operational reports, MIS, and KPIs
- Assist in staff scheduling and resource allocation
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely availability of supplies and services
- Support billing, front office, and insurance coordination when required




- Conduct regular audits and suggest process improvements
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and quality standards across departments

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management / Business Administration
- MBA (Hospital Administration/Healthcare) preferred

Experience:

- Freshers with relevant qualifications.
