Strong hands-on experience in Selenium, Java, and TestNG
Must have hands-on automation script development experience
Good understanding of Core Java, OOP concepts, and automation framework concepts
Good understanding of SDLC and STLC
Experience in test scenario creation, execution, defect lifecycle, and regression testing
Good debugging and problem-solving skills
Domain experience in Insurance, Banking, BFSI, or Healthcare preferred; Health Insurance would be an advantage
Good to Have:
API Testing – Postman / REST Assured
Git and Jenkins exposure
Positive communication and stakeholder interaction skills
High confidence level and ownership mindset
