We are looking for experienced AR Callers to join our US Healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for following up with insurance companies on unpaid or denied medical claims, resolving billing issues, and ensuring timely reimbursement while maintaining quality and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on unpaid or denied medical claims.
- Review patient accounts and verify claim status in the system.
- Investigate and resolve billing issues, claim denials, and payment delays.
- Ensure accurate documentation of call details and claim updates.
- Work on insurance portals/websites to check claim status.
- Identify reasons for claim rejections/denials and take corrective actions.
- Coordinate with internal billing and medical coding teams for claim corrections.
- Maintain productivity and quality targets as defined by the organization.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines and company policies.
