Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect with 57 years of relevant experience in architectural design, master planning, faade design, layout planning, and interior planning. The ideal candidate should have experience in the pharmaceutical consulting, solar, or EPC industry and be proficient in architectural design software, statutory documentation, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architectural Design and Planning

- Prepare master plans, architectural layouts, and space-planning designs.
- Undertake faade design, layout planning, and interior planning.
- Develop architectural concepts and translate them into detailed design drawings.
- Ensure architectural designs meet project requirements, design guidelines, and applicable statutory norms.

2. Drawings and Documentation

- Prepare tender drawings and associated tender documents.
- Develop coordinated Valuable for Construction (GFC) drawings.
- Prepare municipal drawings and statutory submission documents.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of architectural drawings and documentation.

3. Coordination and Stakeholder Management

- Coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary design teams.
- Ensure architectural drawings are aligned with other engineering disciplines.
- Resolve design-related issues and discrepancies in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Seek information and assistance from team members when addressing client queries.

4. Regulatory Compliance





- Understand and apply relevant architectural design guidelines and statutory requirements.
- Ensure drawings and design submissions comply with applicable regulations and approval requirements.
- Support the preparation of documentation required for municipal and other statutory approvals.

Required Technical Competencies

- Experience in architectural design and planning, preferably in the pharmaceutical consulting, solar, or EPC industry.
- Knowledge of master planning, faade design, layout planning, and interior planning.
- Experience in preparing tender drawings, coordinated GFC drawings, municipal drawings, and statutory submission documents.
- Understanding of relevant architectural design guidelines and statutory requirements.
- Expertise in architectural modelling and associated technical skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with clients and multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Experience Required

57 years of relevant experience in architectural design and planning, preferably within pharmaceutical consulting, solar, or EPC projects.

Preferred Candidate Profile: Candidates with hands-on experience in master planning, faade design, architectural layout planning, tender documentation, GFC drawings, and statutory submissions will be preferred.
