Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting in Tally / Budget Management.
Cost controlling
MIS
Conversant with latest IT/GST guidelines as applicable to Real Estate projects, filing of all statutory returns.
Coordinating with statutory auditors and filing of Financial statements with ROC.
Coordinating with Company Secretary forming of Current companies / LLP/Partnerships and complying with statutory requirements.
Processing and payment of bills towards capital / revenue expenditure
Experience in coordinating with government and statutory authorities and conversant with the Rules/Regulations/Acts etc; so as to comply with the requirements

Project financing by liasoning with bankers / FI & Inventory management
Preparing financial statements,



Balance sheets / profits & loss accounts of all the group companies independently.
Finalization of accounts and filing of returns independently
Weekly cash / funds flow statements
Implementing Financial Controls and Risk Management Strategies
Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams
Experience in Processing RERA Approvals for the Projects and accounting of RERA projects as per the RERA Act.Experience in finalization of Purchase orders and Work orders

Skills Required:

- Proven analytical, finance and account management skills
- Experience in team management and finance/ fund management
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Excellent negotiation and relationship building skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends
- RERA accounting.
- Experience of working in ERPS.

Qualifications:

- MBA degree in finance & accounts from reputed Institutes
- CA / ICWA and CA inter
- Relevant certifications or additional qualifications would be beneficial
