JOB SUMMARY

- Should have strong Knowledge of Store P&L;, topline sale, Bad cost management, Store operational knowledge, Understanding of analysis of operational KPIs, ABV, NOB drive, ASQ etc.
- Stock management for both incoming and outgoing stock which includes weekly forecasting and stock ordering/replenishment through SAP system.
- Coordinating with category team & DC for proper ordering, indenting and receiving of stock as per business trend.
- Controlling the Shrink, Damage and Dump as per the norms. Fetch daily reports through SAP system.
- Establish benchmarking of products based on competitor analysis and pricing of the products.
- Merchandizing by coordinating with the merchandizing staff.
- Checking of PIHV/VOIDS Checking / Mrp clean up list print.
- Adhere to the audit compliance /Ethics/ SOP policy of the store.
- Ensuring the store layout and other implementation is according to the planogram.
- Ensure registers and reports are on track on daily basis.
- Drive PD and online sales.
- Checking of commercial activity, float cash, petty cash, Reconciliation, Credit and debit card settlement and cashier shortage is done properly.




- Ensuring store maintenance base on Preventive Maintenance Checklist and Annual Maintenance
- Checklist.
- People management and performance management of the staff through inductions and trainings and controlling attrition.
- Allocating tasks and creating duty rosters for the staff in the store.
- Coordinating with Vendor, stakeholder such as CST Team LPOs, HR and Legal for the smooth operation of the store.
- Managing store team, delegating the task and supervise team with high discipline and as per company standards.
- Reviewing the team and understanding the performance of the team.
- Conduct daily and weekly sales analysis and identifying high and low frequency customers.
- Drive NPS for the store/ Closure of customer complaints / Disha app updation.
- Customer management giving a threshold level of customer experience as defined by the Organization.
- Ensure timely and accurate implementation of both recent and existing processes, promotions and
- Marketing offers in the store.

Coordinating with Marketing team and driving BTL activity in the catchment.
