E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for a commercially minded and proactive E-Commerce Executive who can help grow our D2C business across multiple online marketplaces and sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow sales across platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Shopify, TikTok Shop, Temu, Facebook Shop and other relevant marketplaces.
- Create, optimise and maintain high-quality product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, keywords, pricing and product information.
- Identify new marketplaces and online sales opportunities suitable for our products.
- Think commercially and identify ways to increase sales through promotions, product bundles, multi-buy offers, seasonal campaigns and other initiatives.
- Support the creation of digital content and campaigns that help increase product awareness, traffic and conversion.
- Review competitor products, pricing, promotions and marketplace activity to identify opportunities.
- Monitor product and channel performance and take action to improve sales, conversion and profitability.




- Support new product launches and ensure products are correctly presented across all relevant channels.
- Work closely with the wider team on stock, pricing, promotions and marketplace opportunities.

Ideal Candidate

- Previous hands-on experience with e-commerce marketplaces, particularly Amazon and ideally eBay, Shopify, TikTok Shop, Temu or similar platforms.
- Strong D2C and commercial mindset someone who actively looks for opportunities rather than simply maintaining existing listings.
- Valuable understanding of product listings, marketplace optimisation and online promotions.
- Creative enough to suggest bundles, promotions, campaigns and content ideas.
- Comfortable analysing sales, pricing, margins and product performance.
- Proactive, organised, commercially aware and able to work independently.

The key requirement: We want someone who asks, How can we sell more of this product and where else can we sell it?” rather than simply managing existing marketplace activity.
