We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused freshers for International Voice & Chat Support roles in Gurgaon. Candidates will handle international customers through calls and live chat, ensuring excellent customer service and timely resolution of queries.

Role & responsibilities

- Handle international customer queries through voice calls and live chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and customer concerns.
- Resolve customer complaints and queries professionally within defined timelines.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Communicate effectively with international customers in English.
- Follow company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department whenever required.
- Achieve assigned performance targets related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth customer service operations.

Preferred candidate profile

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Customer-oriented attitude with good problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as per business requirements.
