Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Direct Sales or Consultative Sales.
- Experience in EdTech, Educational Sales, Admissions, or Counselling is preferred.
- Strong Hindi and English communication skills.
- Experience managing the complete sales and enrolment lifecycle.
- Expertise in lead follow-ups, counselling, lead nurturing, and conversions.
- Solid negotiation, objection-handling, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to drive sales closures through a consultative approach.
- Willingness to work from the Hyderabad office.
