We are hiring a Motor Claims Executive Back Office Operations for a leading General Insurance organization. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in Motor Insurance Claims, Claims Processing, Claims Documentation, Policy Verification, Claims Support, Data Management, and Insurance Back Office Operations who can ensure accurate documentation and efficient claims processing support.

Location – Pune

Responsibilities –

1. Handle back-office activities related to motor insurance claims and maintain accurate claim records.
2. Verify claim documents and ensure the completeness and accuracy of claim files.
3. Update claim information and maintain records in internal systems and insurance portals.
4. Coordinate with surveyors, garages, customers, and internal claims teams for documentation and status updates.
5. Follow up on pending claims and assist in resolving documentation discrepancies.
6. Maintain claim trackers and operational reports while adhering to internal procedures and turnaround times.

Requirements –

1. Graduate in any discipline, with 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
2. Experience in Motor Insurance Claims, Claims Processing, Claims Support, or Insurance Back Office Operations.
3. Basic understanding of motor insurance claims, policy details, and claims documentation.
4. Good data-entry, documentation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
5. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and insurance-related systems.
6.



Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
