Role & responsibilities

Adega is a Dublin-based digital transformation partner specialising in Microsoft Business Applications. We license, implement, customise and support Dynamics 365 Business Central, including upgrades from Dynamics NAV, alongside Dynamics 365 Field Service, Azure and Microsoft 365. Our customers work in warehousing, manufacturing, distribution and transport, construction and field service across Ireland.

We are looking for a Business Central Developer to design, build and support extensions and integrations for our customers. You will work closely with our consultants, and often directly with customers, to turn business requirements into working solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Business Central extensions in AL
- Work with consultants to turn customer requirements into technical designs
- Build integrations using APIs,



Power Automate and other Microsoft services
- Create and customise reports and document layouts
- Manage your work, source control and releases in Azure DevOps and Git
- Test and deploy changes to sandbox and production environments
- Investigate and resolve support issues
- Support new customer implementations and upgrades from Dynamics NAV

Preferred candidate profile

- 3+ years' experience developing for Business Central in AL
- A good understanding of core Business Central areas such as finance, sales, purchasing and inventory
- Experience building integrations with APIs or web services
- Experience with Git and Azure DevOps
