Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage commercial interior fit-out projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.

- Prepare tender estimates, bid evaluations, cost estimations, rate analyses, quantity estimations, BOQ preparations, and vendor finalizations for various project scopes.

- Coordinate with site teams to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and quality standards.

- Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.

- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays or cost overruns.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-8 years of experience in civil engineering construction management or a related field.

- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil.

- Solid understanding of commercial interior fit-out processes and procedures.

- Excellent analytical skills for tender estimation, bid evaluation, costing etc.
