Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer to provide L1/L2 support for banking applications and ensure smooth application performance and production stability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L1/L2 support for banking applications.
- Troubleshoot Linux, application, and database-related issues.
- Perform log analysis and identify root causes of technical issues.
- Support application deployments and production releases.
- Monitor application stability and ensure SLA adherence.
- Coordinate with technical teams to resolve production issues within defined timelines.
