Data Governance, Testing & Documentation

- Ensure data quality, accuracy, consistency, and governance standards across reporting systems.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and business validation activities.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and process documentation.
- Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, and operating models for business and technology stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

- Partner with business leaders, operations teams, technology functions, and external stakeholders to understand business priorities.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Work closely with analytics, product, and technology teams to deliver scalable business solutions.
