Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

- Solution Architecture
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.
- Define end-to-end solution architecture for business and technology requirements.
- Establish application, integration, security, and deployment standards.
- Review and approve architecture designs, technical specifications, and implementation approaches.
- Drive modernization and cloud transformation initiatives.
- Application Development & Design
- Design and implement microservices-based solutions using Java and Spring Boot.
- Define API architecture, integration patterns, and event-driven solutions.
- Ensure adherence to architecture principles,



coding standards, and best practices.
- Evaluate current technologies and provide architecture recommendations.
- Cloud & DevOps
- Architect cloud-native solutions on GCP , AWS or Azure.
- Design containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Enable CI/CD automation and DevSecOps practices.
- Ensure application observability, monitoring, logging, and performance optimization.
- Technical Leadership
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Lead architecture reviews, design discussions, and technical governance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams.
- Drive technical decision-making and risk mitigation.
