Suresh Goel and Associates is looking for Minimum 15 years experienced architect managing projects from concept to construction to join our dynamic team. Will get opportunity to work on prestigious projects pan India. Collaborating with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to determine project requirements and goals.

Responsibilities may span across concept drawing, detail design, detail drawing, client/ Site interactions.

Desirable Qualities

- Have positive understanding of Space Planning and Design Concept development
- Know how to make Schematic design, Presentation drawings, Tender Drawings, GFC drawings
- Problem solving attitude
- Have ability to optimally analyze architecture/MEP parameters of a project and spatial planning
- Strives for innovation and creativity.
- Temperament for coordination, to help bring the project together.
- Have knowledge of building codes and ability to research incorporate into technical documents
