Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via voice & chat process
• Provide prompt, accurate, and effective resolutions
• Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction
• Maintain productivity and quality standards
• Adhere to company policies and process guidelines
Salary & Benefits
Salary up to 30,000 CTC per month
C1 communication is required for Voice
Salary - 26k in hand (Freshers)
29k in hand (Experienced)
