Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and execute real-time index calculations for Equity and Fixed Income indices.
- Investigate data discrepancies and calculation anomalies.
- Manage index calculation, validation, and timely publication within SLA timelines.
- Handle corporate actions and maintain index constituent data.
- Validate market, pricing, and reference data.
- Prepare and publish index notices for index changes/events.
- Execute index rebalancing and reconstitution activities.
- Conduct company research for index portfolio reviews.
- Resolve client queries and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
- Support onboarding of new indices, testing, UAT, and production deployments.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.

Must-Have Skills

2+ years of experience in:

- Index Operations
- Index Administration
- Index Data Operations





Strong knowledge of:

- Index Methodologies
- Corporate Actions
- Financial Market Data
- Equity & Fixed Income Markets

Technical Skills:

- Advanced Excel (Mandatory)
- SQL (Preferred)
- Python (Preferred)
- Automation Tools (Preferred)

Data Vendors Exposure:

- Refinitiv
- FactSet
- S&P; Capital IQ (CapIQ)

Other Requirements:

- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience handling large datasets
- Ability to work under strict deadlines

- Open to permanent night shifts
