Job Description

Sai Deepa Hospitals is looking for a patient-focused and professional Patient Support Executive to join our growing hospital team in Chandanagar, Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in hospital calling, patient coordination, appointment booking, front office operations, or healthcare customer support. The candidate will be responsible for managing patient enquiries, coordinating appointments, and ensuring a smooth and positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls from patients and attendants.
- Assist with appointment booking, confirmation, rescheduling, and follow-ups.
- Provide accurate information about doctors, specialties, consultation timings, and hospital services.
- Understand patient requirements and guide them to the appropriate doctor or department.
- Follow up on patient enquiries and pending appointments.
- Coordinate with doctors, reception staff, and other hospital departments.
- Maintain accurate records of patient calls, enquiries, and appointments.
- Address patient concerns politely and professionally.
- Support the hospital team in improving appointment conversions and patient coordination.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow hospital communication protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare organization is mandatory.
- Experience in patient support, hospital calling, appointment booking, front office, or healthcare customer service is preferred.




- Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Telugu, Hindi, and English language proficiency preferred.
- Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and patient enquiries.
- Patient, empathetic, organized, and professional approach.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with maintaining records.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with patients and hospital teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates who have previously worked in a hospital, multispecialty clinic, healthcare call centre, patient relations team, or appointment coordination role will be preferred.
