Role & responsibilities

- Tool consumption cost per component
- Safety compliance and 5S Implementation
- Maintain production reports, rejection reports, downtime records, and tool consumption records.
- Monitor productivity, OEE, cycle time, and rejection percentages.
- Report production issues and corrective actions to management.
- Maintain compliance with applicable quality and safety procedures.
- Allocate operators and setters according to production requirements.
- Ensure proper shift handover and communication

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates should have relevant experience in CNC manufacturing, sound technical knowledge of machining processes, engineering drawings, tooling, quality inspection, and production planning. The candidate should demonstrate solid problem-solving skills, a focus on productivity and quality, and the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams while ensuring safety and timely delivery.
