Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Process: Voice and Chat

Location: Lucknow

Salary:-

Fresher:- 13,000 k CTC + Incentives

Expeienced:- Up to 21,000 CTC + Incentives

Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls and, where required, chat queries
- Understand customer concerns and resolve queries politely and accurately
- Provide correct information about products and services
- Record every customer interaction properly in the system
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team
- Maintain quality, service-level and customer satisfaction standards
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience on every interaction.

Eligibility Criteria

- 12th pass or above. Graduation is not required
- Freshers are welcome. Experience in BPO, Telecalling, Customer Care, CCA or CCR is an added advantage
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Clear voice, active listening and a polite telephone manner
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Willing to work from office in Lucknow

Salary and Perks

- 13,000 to 21,000 CTC per month,
