Sales Team Leader

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 1+years experince

Salary: Based on previous CTC + Incentives

Job Description:

- Manage and guide the sales team

- Handle Field Sales and Telecalling teams

- Set and achieve daily/monthly targets

- Monitor leads, calls, visits and follow-ups

- Support the team in closing sales

- Train and motivate team members

- Track daily sales performance

Requirements:

- 1+ years of sales experience

- Team handling experience preferred

- Good communication and leadership skills

- Target-oriented and hardworking
