Job Title: Store Incharge Quick Commerce

Location: Kankariya , Ahmedabad

Job Description: We are looking for a Store Incharge with experience in quick commerce or dark store operations, preferably in a 10minute 20 minute delivery model.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily store operations and inventory.
- Handle inbound and outbound stock and order dispatch.
- Hire, onboard, and manage delivery riders.
- Ensure timely order processing and smooth delivery operations.
- Maintain stock accuracy and daily operational reports.
- Have robust knowledge of Kankariya and nearby areas of Ahmedabad.

Requirements:

- Experience in quick commerce, dark stores, or hyperlocal delivery.
- Knowledge of inventory management and rider hiring.
- Strong local area knowledge of Kankariya , Ahmedabad.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Riders hiring experience
