Roles and Responsibilities

- Data Extraction: Pull daily sales, inventory, and billing data from system platforms like SAP and Ramco ERP.
- Report Generation: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards tracking store sales, footfall, and item-wise performance.
- Data Validation: Cross-verify system reports against physical stock counts and POS cash register logs to fix discrepancies.
- Inventory Tracking: Monitor stock levels to flag slow-moving inventory, near-expiry goods, and stock shortages.
- Ad-Hoc Analysis: Create quick, custom spreadsheets on specific product categories when requested by corporate or store management.
- Team Liaison: Coordinate between store managers, billing desks, and the head office to resolve data or system errors quickly.
