Job Description:

As a Senior Technical Manager, you will provide strategic technology leadership, account management, and engineering oversight across enterprise cloud transformation initiatives. You will drive cloud-native development and modernization on Microsoft Azure and .NET platforms while leading cross-functional teams, cultivating client relationships, and ensuring delivery excellence.

What will your role look like

- Architect, design, and deliver enterprise-scale applications built on Microsoft Azure and .NET technologies.
- Drive cloud modernization, migration, and adoption using Azure services such as App Services, Functions, Storage, API Management, and DevOps.
- Manage multiple client engagements to ensure high customer satisfaction, delivery excellence, and achievement of business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, delivering strategic technical recommendations and roadmap guidance.
- Oversee technical governance, architecture reviews, solution design, risk management, and engineering best practices.
- Lead, mentor, and foster growth for cross-functional teams comprising architects, developers, QA engineers, and DevOps professionals.
- Partner with sales and leadership teams on estimations, solutioning, proposals, and business growth initiatives.
- Identify account expansion opportunities across cloud modernization, digital transformation, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Establish and track delivery KPIs, project health, resource utilization, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Promote a workplace culture centered on innovation, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence.

Preferred candidate profile

We would like you to bring along

- 12 to 18 years of experience in software engineering, architecture, and technology leadership.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Azure, .NET Core/.NET 6+, C#, ASP.NET Core, REST Web APIs, and Microservices architecture.
- Hands-on familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, infrastructure automation, SQL Server, and cloud-native design patterns.
- Proven track record leading engineering teams of 20+ members across multiple concurrent projects.
- Demonstrated account management experience with executive stakeholders and a history of driving strategic account growth.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and executive presentation skills combined with strong business acumen.
- Azure certifications (Solutions Architect, Developer, Administrator) and exposure to AI-enabled tools or OpenAI integrations are highly desirable.
