Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically sound Technical Manager to join our property valuation team. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating property inspections, assessing property details, reviewing technical documentation, preparing valuation reports, and ensuring accuracy and quality in valuation-related activities.

The ideal candidate should have a background in Civil Engineering, good analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with clients, field executives, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of assignments.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage property valuation assignments for residential, commercial, and other real estate properties.
- Conduct property site inspections to assess construction quality, property condition, measurements, and specifications.
- Verify property documents, approved building plans, layouts, and other technical records.
- Assess construction costs, property dimensions, built-up areas, and other relevant technical parameters.
- Prepare, review, and verify property valuation reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with field staff, clients, banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders for property inspections and documentation.
- Ensure timely completion and submission of valuation reports as per client requirements.




- Identify discrepancies in property documents, site measurements, and technical details, and coordinate for their resolution.
- Maintain proper records of site visits, photographs, inspection details, and valuation documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, client guidelines, and applicable valuation standards.
- Monitor the progress of assignments and follow up with the concerned teams to meet deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- 13 years of relevant experience in property valuation, civil engineering, construction, real estate, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of building construction, estimation, measurements, and civil engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of property inspection, valuation processes, and construction cost estimation is preferred.
- Good analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer applications.
- Good communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Ability to travel for property site inspections, whenever required.
- Robust attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
