1. Handle AMC/ Service Management.
2. Manage and process all payments related to vendors and staff salaries
3. Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the entire facility.
4. Plan and coordinate events from inception to completion.
5. Maintain systematic and accurate filing of all records including AMC, services, payments, and staff files.
6. Coordinate daily schedules and duties with office staff, drivers, and household help
7. Monitor daily attendance and maintain leave records.
8. Manage inventory, planning, and quality of food and beverage services
9. Maintenance of all the Vehicles.
