Key Responsibilities :

4. Assist customers with policy applications, documentation, and KYC verification.Coordinate with the underwriting team for policy issuance and approvals.
5. Explain policy renewals, waiting periods, co-payments, and claim procedures.
6. Support customers with cashless hospitalization and reimbursement claim queries.
7. Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable IRDAI regulations.
9. Build long-term customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction.
10. Follow up with existing customers for renewals, referrals, and cross-selling opportunities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Graduate in any discipline; insurance or sales experience is an advantage.
2. Good communication and customer-handling skills.
3. Basic understanding of health insurance products and policy terms.
4. Ability to achieve sales targets and manage follow-ups.
5. Knowledge of MS Office, email, and CRM tools.
6. Solid negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
