Job Description: COUNTER STAFF

Job Location Vijay Nagar Indore Madhya Pradesh

AGE - 18 to 30

Key Responsibilities:

Parcel booking at the counter

Customer handling & assistance

Email & query response

Ensure customer satisfaction

Handle delayed parcel issues

Maintain records & coordination

Skills Required:

Positive communication skills

Basic computer knowledge

Customer handling ability

Problem-solving attitude

Qualification - Any Graduate

Shift Timing:

1st Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

2nd Shift: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Rotational shift

Salary & Benefits:

Net Salary: ₹14000 net

Incentive Available

Week Off: Sunday
