Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Executive with a minimum of 1+ years of experience in third-party staffing, recruitment consultancy, or staffing agency hiring.

The candidate should have valuable communication skills, strong sourcing abilities, and experience in managing end-to-end recruitment activities to fulfil hiring requirements within defined timelines.

- Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for third-party staffing requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and coordinate interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring teams to ensure smooth recruitment.




- Follow up with selected candidates regarding offer acceptance, documentation, and joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions and achieve assigned recruitment targets.
- Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience in third-party staffing, recruitment consultancy, or staffing agency hiring.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and manage multiple positions.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
