Looking for a Legal Executive for a skilled firm. This is primarily a non-litigation role involving ROC/MCA filings, Companies Act compliances, drafting of compounding applications/petitions, replies and other legal documents, IBC and NCLT-related work, legal research, case-law research and client coordination. Candidate should have good drafting and research skills with interest in Corporate Law and IBC. LL.B. freshers may apply.
