We’re looking for confident, friendly marketing executives to connect with young working professionals at public locations in Bengaluru, and recruit them for online consumer research interviews.
Responsibilities
- Approach people respectfully and explain the research prospect.
- Ask a few screening questions and help eligible participants book an interview.
- Maintain accurate participant records and report daily progress.
- Identify promising locations in your assigned area.
Requirements
- Strong conversational English; Kannada or Hindi is a plus.
- Comfortable approaching strangers and handling rejection politely.
- Reliable, punctual and comfortable using smartphone forms.
- Sales, events, hospitality or survey experience is welcome. Confident freshers can apply.
Schedule: 5 days a week, 4-hour shift per day, mainly weekday afternoons and evenings. Saturday & Sunday off.
Pay: ₹1,000 per shift fixed + ₹200 bonus per genuine completed interview.
