Job Description: Sales Associate – Wealth Management

Role Overview:

Responsible for acquiring new clients, promoting wealth management products, and building strong client relationships to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and acquire new clients through calls, referrals, and networking.

- Promote suitable investment and wealth management products.

- Understand client needs and coordinate on appropriate investment solutions.

- Achieve sales, revenue, and client acquisition targets.

- Maintain client relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.

- Complete KYC documentation and comply with regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

- Graduate/Post graduate in Commerce, Finance or Marketing Management.

- 0–3 years of experience in sales, banking, financial services, or wealth management preferred.

- Valuable communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Target-oriented with an interest in financial products.

Compensation: Fixed salary ₹20000 pm plus performance-based incentives.
