About the Program:
We are hiring *20 Graduate Trainees** for a structured **6-month Internship & Training Program** designed to provide candidates with hands-on exposure across different departments of the organization.
During the program, selected candidates will get an opportunity to **work and learn under different departments**, understand business processes, develop professional skills, and gain practical corporate experience.
At the end of the 6-month program, candidates will be evaluated based on their **performance, learning ability, discipline, skills, and feedback from the respective Department Manager/Head**.
Based on the candidate's performance and the organization's manpower requirements, suitable candidates may be **allocated to a specific department for continued employment**.
### Key Responsibilities
* Work on assigned tasks and projects across different departments.

* Support the respective team in day-to-day activities.
