### Job Responsibilities

- Assist in recruitment, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

- Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-ups.

- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and daily HR activities.

- Maintain employee personal files and HR documentation.

- Assist in onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.

- Support payroll preparation and salary-related documentation.

- Handle employee queries and support HR operations.

- Maintain HRMS software and update employee records.

- Coordinate with employees and management for HR-related tasks.

### Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email.

- Willingness to learn HR processes and recruitment activities.

- Valuable organizational and time-management skills.

- Freshers with a positive attitude are welcome.
