Job Summary: We are seeking dedicated and reliable housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and order in our facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure a welcoming environment for our guests and contribute to the overall satisfaction of their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Change bed linens and towels; restock amenities as needed.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Follow cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
- Assist in laundry duties as needed.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and stored properly.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests promptly.

Qualifications:

- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive communication skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
